Just watched this beautiful film. Had to draw something for it

MAD GOD was...an experience. An experience I enjoyed, especially the last third of the movie with the Plague Doctor and the Alchemist, but there definitely some parts that shocked and disgusted me. But there were also so many parts that were fascinating and exciting and even beautiful. More movies should be like MAD GOD, just a stream of crazy, loosely connected ideas put together into something horrifying and wonderful.

on my mad god kick after finally watching it after 3 years and im sure there is/was a lot of discourse around who the titular mad god is

i don't think it matters, but in the film, we know that these assassins were sent down hundreds or thousands of times based on the briefcase pile we see right before our first assassin gets nabbed and fucking dissected, and based on how many other already desecrated assassins in the nightmare house of surgeries, then we see more sent down later

my point here is something something definition of insanity is doing the exact same thing over and over again and expecting different results
